Women of Intent

The Purpose of this blog is quite simple.

to empower young women (either married or single) to live a holy and upright life before the Lord. We want to foster an enviornment in which saved women can come and seek information that will be Jesus approved! This blog is a place where modest women can be themselves, and enjoy the company of like minded individuals. In a world where anything modest is becoming less and less appealing or presented we hope that we can aid in reigniting your flame for modesty, for heaven, and for being pleasing unto the Lord.

I know, I know. that is a tall order! But there isn't anything we can't do without the help and approval of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Our Core Beliefs:

We believe that the bible is the inspired, infallible (unalterable) Word of God written by holy men of old, as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.

We believe in one God who is infinite in power, holy in nature, attributed and purposes, as we;; as omniscient and omnipresent. We believe that He was revealed to us as Father in creation, as Son in redemption, and as Holy Spirit in His comforting grace that never leaves those who trust Him.

We Believe that in Jesus dwelleth all the fullness of the Godhead bodily, for it pleased the Father that in him should all the fullness dwell.

We Believe in the Virgin Birth: Jesus was both human and divine; He was God manifested in the flesh.

We Believe in the death, burial, and ressurection of Jesus. Webelieve that He ascended on high and has sent His spirit, that Holy Ghost, which was poured out at Jerusalem over 1900 years ago, and it is the same Spirit that is filling the hearts of those who diligently seek HIM today.

We believe in the baptism in water by immersion in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and in the baptism of the Holy Ghost, speaking in tounges as the Spirit gives utternace. This constitues new birth.

We believe in a holy, sancitified life. We believe in divine healing, communion and foot washing. We believe also in the glorious catching away (the rapture) of the saints when Jesus returns in the clouds in glory to take His people to Heaven.

OUR CHIEF AIM is to glorify out savior, who is Jesus Christ, who gave Himself for us, that He might redeem us from all iniquity and purify unto Himseld a peculiar people, zealous of good works.
